So I’m not going as In Depth with showing the graphs and whatnot.
You had some avoidable cp waste, it happens, it’s not great, we move on.

You also forgot to send a cast of the boon at the end - not the greatest.

And finally, you do pretty well until right at the very end, and your sequencing was all over the place. I’d look over the final 20 seconds of casts and see what to improve. Exsanging almost nothing, immediately dming into garrote rupture and the. 2 globals later boss dies

Thanks for your time analyzing thins. I see, it seems I'm wasting 31 CP on seal fate procs. How do I prevent that? Or is it will happen naturally because of high crit?

Also, is it worse to consume sequentially all 3 thistle tea in the opener than to spread it out for smoother energy regen across the fight?

You cannot prevent that and that’s not even the minor thing.
The 6 or so waste elsewhere is relevant

You want to spread it for energy use outside of the opener; however, you could use it just a tad more
