Probably worth noting that you are rank 18 out of 49 logs currently available for Sub Rogue on M Terros. If you look at the actual DPS, you are pretty close to the top pack with the exception of the couple outliers at the very top

Doing just a quick look, your damage profile looks similar to other Sub players in that fight. Honestly I think you're fine, but I don't have enough experience looking at logs to fully nitpick. It could be a few things like trinket differences or consumable differences, but your damage seems to be in line with other parses
