Yeah, gave me trouble too
I took a while off rogue after season 3 SL, so I expected some drop, but these numbers were rough. I know my gear isn't exactly optimized, but that ain't what's doing it. Appreciate any help I can get whenever the site comes up.

Try to use vanish > SS inside the dance window too after you've done ST
It uses the buffs within for more damage
On it's own it's not really a big DPS increase
In every dance window make sure you (on single target) go like Dance > Gloomblade > Evis > Strike > CB/ST
You're missing gloomblade which means you miss out on a DM stack and thus more damage
Also you have random Shiv casts, this is not something subtlety ever uses in it's DPS rotation
90% is quite low for a fight like this. You should be able to get it closer to 99% so don't let it fall off

Biggest increase is fixing your dance window
Seems to happen regularly and can give you a lot more dps

I can set up a new bind for gloombade to get that extra stack. And I think I need to shift my ST back to 2nd finisher in dance. Been greeding it, but I'm not getting it in the window
