I honestly have no clue what's up with Terros. Apparently Sub has a bug where Secret Technique can miss or something entirely and I feel like there's something like that going on with Assa as well, but I'm not sure

I played the perfect pull with PI and I wasn't even doing 70k dps and my gear is pretty good
