there is something happening where casting between the eyes is causing pistol shot to glow and this tricks you into thinking fan the hammer is active when it's not
so you use bte and then a singular pistol shot
instead of the 3 cast
does that make sense?
you need to not rely on default action bars because of this quirk

but I do press dispatch as soon as it should, but I guess all the other things you told me, adds up to lower dispatch casts?

these naked pistol shots are destroying your damage
there are times when audacity is active but you dont press ambush
audacity is active but you choose to press sinister strike instead
if audacity is active then ambush is the highest priority combo point generator
like here

i feel like you aren't seeing audacity very well
audacity was active but you used sinister strike and then used pistol shot again which overrode the audacity proc you already have

well embarrasingly I do know that ambush is prio, I guess my problem here shows I'm just very messy, and stress press things

yeah outlaw has to react quickly to procs
or you very quickly waste globals and lose energy/cp efficiency

you dont press it on cooldown but just to refresh it

it's on restless blades so the cooldown can become very low
but you should still only use it in 13 second intervals to maintain the buff
