First of all let’s talk about waste. You have some energy waste, which happens, sure.
CP waste we should really attempt to avoid, here’s a breakdown on heroic Terros (easy fight to view rotational issues on)

Also, for exsanguinate, If you’re not losing a cast, you should line up with death mark.
Casting at 3 minutes when Terros will always be sub six minute is just wrong 😦
