if you're doing to use ER KIR on single target, dont use Audacity, it does nothing for this build
it was likely a dps loss to play around audacity here
but anyway one issue i see is you aren't using Vanish at all
Vanish at high cp into Dispatch should be used on cooldown to proc the Count the Odds conduit
opener looks a bit random, should be more like Ambush > Echoing Reprimand > BTE > Dreadblades > Vanish > Dispatch
audacity is really screwing with you here. there's multiple times you have 3 fan the hammer stacks and audacity active and then you press ambush. since this build only consumes fan the hammer when at 3cp or below, pressing ambush causes you to go above this threshold and continue to sit on fan the hammer
there's multiple times you are spending combo points at 5cp, 4cp, etc... and not on an animacharged combo point
other than animacharged combo points, you need to spend combo points at 7cp normally but at 6cp if broadside from roll the bones is active, if ruthless precision from roll the bones is active, or if you are at 6 fan the hammer stacks
also a bunch of times you are accidentally pressing dispatch twice and spending it at 1cp
