There’s a lot to unpack here - so remember judgement free zone, we all start somewhere. Let’s start with the most macro of macro things - casts.

You’re missing a vanish/deathmark, no pot used. You’re missing thistle tea uses (6 minutes + 3 initial charges is nine) missing er casts, sbs as well. So your CD usage would be a top priority, tea for starved moments plus dm+vanish should help quite a bit.

This is your shiv usage, you can see one fairly large spot or two where you may have goofed

Also, you have 37 casts of ambush, but 41 blind side procs, so you lost a couple of free spenders in the moment

#

Next we’ll talk about Combo waste. Seal fate is unavoidable so we don’t play around that, but outside of that you have 43 combo points overcapped which is like 8.5 finishers that you’re missing in a fight.

Lastly, this opening sequence is wrong, unfortunately. I’d recommend checking the opener in #assassination-faq and get some muscle memory on it. Not deathmarking until 00:20 into the fight is very late

I honestly completely forgot to buy pots the last 2 weeks, I’ll make sure I always have them. I need to get used to looking at my weak aura and not peeking down at my bar. I felt like as the night went on, the pulls got much better, but I barely play assassination outside of raid, and I haven’t played a rogue since legion. Where would you suggest to practice assassination outside of raid, and a target dummy?

My eggnog fight was miserable on Tuesday and yesterday cause poor placement of quite a few of the puddles, by my blue parse on primals playing outlaw was nice to see
