i know i messed up some timings here and there but im not good enough at reading logs to notice any glaring issues

Few hyper basic things.

Your tea usage is 
low
Missing casts: vanish, use sbs more aggressively, seems like you capped on it a bit.
Your bleed uptime in general was pretty low in the low 80s/high 70s for garrote - across all enemies, it will be lower due to the fight and mechanics etc. but in general we aim for about 95%
Your shiv usage overlaps a bit as well. Especially on your opener, care not to do that, if possible

Ok I'll make note of those. I do decently on the other fights just this 1 tripped me up somewhat
I have a habit of trying to use shiv to get er combo points which isn't ideal I guess
When u say sbs more aggressively u mean anything more than just don't let it cap?
And tea I tend to only really use when I'm flat out on energy and cp. Unless that's wrong? I hit times where Ive completely run out of steam and without tea I'm just sat there waiting for energy. I had been trying to save it for those moments

I'd just been doing what the guides suggested and only using it to not cap or to try and get 2 cp to hit er points

You missed 3 bs procs (28 ambush casts, but 31 bs procs)
Your vanish usage also confuses me you push your garrote out 1 second and you get a lot of extra imp garrote damage at the end
Instead you got five seconds of it at the very end

well when i asked whispyr about it the other day, i asked if we just go into DM after opener with a normal garrote then just overwrite with vanish garrote when its off cd
which is what i try to do
along with i did see something about people saying let improved garrote expire so u dont overwrite the end of it

Instead you garrote At 4:14, and have a 6s cd for an unempowered garrote
