@remote hazel roll the bones and slice and dice should never fall off in combat. refresh slice and dice at the right combo points when it has under 11s left. you should be using roll the bones to try and get solo broadside, solo skull and cross bones, or any 2+ buffs except grand melee + buried treasure
you're accidentally spending combo points at 1cp a lot... and in general spending cps way too early. this is destroying your damage, you should be spending combo points at 6cp normally but at 5+cp if broadside (from roll the bones) is active or 4+cp if blunderbuss happens to be active
accidentally spending at 1cp can be a ping or input delay issue. there's not much i can do to fix that. but you can try adjusting your spell queue window (the time before the next global you can queue a spell and the last spell in the queue will go off as soon as the global is ready). in theory, the default window (400ms) should cause no issues but some people claim being in the 200-250 window makes the rotation feel better, you can read more about it here http://thedefiantguild.com/forums/discussion/15431.html#:~:text=The Spell Queue Window is,2x average latency) between spells.
you're casting sinister strike while blunderbuss is active a lot. this is causing you to generate bb procs while you already have one so it gets wasted. if bb is active at 4+cp then you should finisher > pistol shot. if bb is active at 3-cp you should just press pistol shot
i do get the impression you are sitting on cooldowns, like not using flagellation until 30s into the first pull etc. outlaw doesn't really sit on cooldowns. your opener should be rtb in stealth > ambush > blade flurry > adrenaline rush > vanish > ambush > build to finisher cp if needed > flagellation > between the eyes > build to slice and dice if needed
you should be using your regular pistol shot proc (NOT blunderbuss) only when below 70 energy or so, otherwise you should press sinister strike again
wow that's awesome thanks for the help I'll go and practice!
