Thank you! I feel like I have a decent understanding of Outlaw, and pretty decent gear, but I'm definitely lagging behind in damage from what I see in logs.
I know that I'm using way too many opp procs at high energy, and that I'm finishing 1-2 cp early sometimes, but I'm not sure if that's the root cause or if there's something fundamental I'm missing. I'm also shit with blade rush.
Seriously, any thoughts are appreciated!!!

I honestly can't say whether or not I just blanked on it and didnt slam it on cd or if it didnt come off cd, I feel like I'm usually pretty good about it though

other than that, on guardian u pressed snd way too late into the pull, unless u had a buff coming from add then I wouldnt be able to see it in logs

As for rtb, I use the WA from our channel, but ive been looking for a better one with logic that doesnt dissappear when its on cd

also u have to know that all the rules mentionning energy level are talking about base energy level, not %

so use under 40 mean under 40 energy not 40%

but yeah, so to resume u have some things u could improve:

blade rush only for energy under 40
I know this could be caused by lag but its pretty big, dont press sinister strike if u have a bb proc already (use ur procs at 3or less cps, finish then use them at 4 or more cps, never build to max to use the proc after)
same could be cause of lag but the double finisher or finisher spamming is an issue aswell
flag usage seems a bit strange on some bosses, probably not using it on cd
u are letting rtb fall off
looking at fights like halondrus I think u have a lot of dowtime, im not sure what causes that but u seems to be running out of the boss quite a lot (and its not just cause of the debuff)
opp proc usage: looked alright on the first boss I looked but its actually not that good when looking at some other, on halondrus for example opp proc usage looks less than ideal, u should aim to consume them under 70 energy
