@severe stump poison bomb is kinda awful in m+, you only ever run it if you’re going the crit build in a high, boss heavy key and you’re taking a TTK trait. Haste build you’re going CT, normal fort week keys, you’re going CT

Also CT probably requires a fair bit more than 45% but you can start trying for it, as long as you don’t have a TTK trait
