in raids you want hod/bbi/clockwork and haste stacking
the top pin is a guide written by raz that goes over the exsang/3ss build in raids
that's a good place to start getting acquainted with it
in terms of azerite you're looking for goraks/epaulete from the vendor, or ilgy shoulders which are slightly worse
chest comes from carapace, or type 2 bomber jacket from the vendor
in terms of helms its a little less clear, the raden helm stands alone at the top
heroic raden helm has very little competition still
irontide is a common replacement from the vendor, but it's not a really good one

For me it seemed like the problem with gcb is that if the 2nd/4th activation gets delayed it delays the main activations (3rd, 5th etc). Such delays can always happen, but do more offen with shorter cooldowns.

I'd say that's because you got few pieces with crit on it, so I presume it makes Blightborn Infusion less viable than HoD since you got "enough" crit compared to others stats that can bring HoD.

I would like to ask something a lil bit away from the topic, let me know if I can

you can reapply dots and they'll transfer over 30% of the duration of the new dot
so for example
if you have a garrote
that's 18 seconds
30% of that is 5.4
so you can re-apply a new garrote with anywhere from 0-5.4sec remaining on the old dot
and that duration will transfer to the new garrote
it only applies to duration though, you lose out any additional damage
