Hi guys. just came back to WoW and want to raid again on my Rogue to push higher keys. Focus is clearly getting mythic slappers for outlaw, but bc outlaw sucks in single target fights i feel pressured to go assa in raid.
Since i really hate playing the poison build i loved to hear that the Exsang build is now viable (on high haste levels). Which haste levels are we talking about? I currently have 1,5k haste and 2k crit (optimized gear towards outlaw for m+ pushing so still lagging Haste/crit haste/mastery gear) with only one Exp III and mechagon rings + no vita (myth wrathion trinket doe) and harlans.
how high do i have to go for raiding on haste rating? Thanks in advance!

@rose lark as i was starting doing 20+ keys with shit gear i was still viable, bc you can just live through basically everything with faint cloak evasion/outlaw thingy, as outlaw you basically can perma stun one target, got 2 hard cc´s in sap and blind, can vanish out of combat, can go on solo activate pillars to speed up the route, got shroud for skips, can solo events like FH, you can snap pull for the tank (AD e.g)

and you got a very good short cooldown in gauge as outlaw

What I mean is, if I dont care about consistency, after a million M+ runs, would I really have more damage with for example 16% strikethroughs instead? My statistically irrelevant average damage of TD is somewhere between 10-12%.

16% times average crit% over the dungeon would be my calc approach, even though I dont have that crit% number. I wanted to ask for your experience first.

DS is never meant to be perfect, it's just meant to be a tool. And it's a decent tool for looking at how setups will perform across a variety of pull sizes + boss in a composite sense.

There's always room for improvement in any multi-target/timing-based sim but generally most people's objections to DS aren't really about SS performance as much as it doesn't make EB look very good because of the large boss segment and percentage of smaller pulls
