though neither are full patchwork fights so youll have to consider the fight itself
e.g. you can maybe get an extra cast if you use during carapace intermission, but do you really want to do that

So looking at corruptions... strikethrough seems bad for its corruption cost, yet I see it suggested rather often if you are going for crit.
its 100 corruption for AT BEST 20% damage increase - assuming you are at a consistent 100% crit rate, which is unlikely for most people

Im at 38 corruption with pure expedient, finally got the two mechagon rings but one of them has a 35corruption racing pulse. So either I use the racing pulse and cleanse one of my expedients or I cleanse the racing pulse. Thoughts?

But it can change, like for big mobs ss+eb id heaps good, for more boss focused dungeons u can probably try and add more st type dmg

I think the Haste build is quite fun in M+
It's quite different from the Crit build and both are pretty playable
Just make sure you communicate with your tank to give you brief restealth opportunities (which honestly is very small if you are on top of it) rather than pure chain pulling if you go with any SS setup

with deeper stratagem, if you land on 5 combo points, do you use a finisher at 5 combo points, use mutilate and waste a CP or use garrote? (can't always garrote since you wouldn't want to overwrite an empowered one)

it was something like 5+ targets CT finisher takes priority over envenom (don't quote me tho) but yes other situations treat it as another bleed to maintain then fill with envenom

raid set for me is triple shroud and triple heart of darkness. For M+ i run triple shrouded and double echoing blades
shrouded and echoing blades is straight up nasty in m+ depending on the dungeon.

TD Is awesome, but high RNG. I haven't got lucky with my drops, but got plenty of TD and it's fine. For the +15 bracket it's more than enough. Though if I had unlimited Echoes I'd go for severe/strikethrough. (saving for PvP gear - gw all the way!)
About essences - check out the guide. BOTE is awesome, Focusing Iris is also good. Didn't see anyone using botd.

Don't drop TD if you don't have to(you have probably higher corruption resistance). I'd go still for severe/strikethrough if you are... more serious. Though as I said, TD works more than enough for the +15 bracket. If you want it - go for it.
If you don't want to farm bote, then don't. Just get other minor(botd, mold, c&s are nice) for your major iris.

Well blood Major is by far the best for this spec and it’s not comparable at all to iris, but only rank 3

Shrouded suffocation empowers ur garrotes to do a fuckton more damage out if stealth
U use it with the subterfuge talent so u can for example apply empowered garrotes to 3 different enemies in 1 window which os some good cleave dmg
Echoing blades basically makes ur fan of knives crazy itll do more dmg + proc more fans if it crits
So the build works well with high ceit
