Haste returns Energy. (And increases dot tick rates)

Mastery buffs bleeds and poisons.

Verse buffs everything.

Crit gives extra cps.

In one or two target pulls haste is amazing.

Once you have 4 bleeds your energy will cap. That makes haste become just tick rates.

If you have 3ss, mastery is good. If you have 3ss,3eb verse buffs the eb.

So yeah. Stack crit for the CPS in cleave. Get 3 garrotes on the elite mobs. Then get mastery or verse probably depending on ilvl. If you run a key at 5% haste that's fine.

If you have more and can't dump it, you'll do a little more boss damage, and a little less cleave.

At least now, they have collected all the short /use buffs (bote and trinket) to overlap with the exang ss.

Atm i am using: 3xSS, 1xHoD, 1xNP, 1xBI

First of all i am wondering about its results in a M+19/20 environment. Would it be worth using EB? If yes how many?

Also for M+ i was wondering if its worth to use VoP minor so i can desynch Vendetta with Vanish and Synch it with BotE. That way i can have some more prio dmg and use Vanish for trash dmg, without worrying about how soon i will fight the boss.
