some tips from glancing at your logs @last crown, wrathion didn't play vop, clfed after your 2nd vendetta which was already delayed to 3:20 because of previous mistake rather than before and getting the haste stacks for exsang, lots of pking before energy cap, not using the gcd between your garrotes in vanish for extra garrote ticks, 5 exsang casts on an 8 minute fight etc
you have a lot to work on besides gear, for gear i'd just recommend farming out your sockets and getting a gcb/plumage for now to socket later on

I know the group I joined just started pushing. And the ability to buy corruptions definitely has made it easier.
I didn't have the echoes to buy them the first week with expedient(didn't think it was that strong either, and would have had to cleanse a bunch)
but now every class can get their best corruptions and best corruptions for fights.

I am really often capping on energy after using subterfuge on the 3 mobs and using rupture on 1-2 enemies. Should i now spam FanOfKnives to spent the energy or still use Vendetta + Toxic Blade and Blood of the Enemy?

How is the order in which you activate Vendetta Toxic Blade and BLood of the Enemy in Single Target Fights after opening with Garrote -> Rupture _> Garrote ?

well, in M+ you're gonna have some resource overflow so there is little you can do to control that. Use vendetta on high priority mobs in trash but you don't need to use it on CD when going through the dungeon
