Currently my sims are suggesting mastery to be my top stat w Expedient stacking. 1)Do stat weights take into account that you will actually be receiving a increased haste amount per point of haste acquired? 2) Does anyone know if at like Raz levels of gear what secondary would be ideal. 3) If they end up being pretty similar is it safe to assume mastery would beat out crit at that gearing for cleave? Trying to decide if my socket and Exp3 should be put on 475 raid crit/haste bracers or raid haste/mastery bracers.
