If the prices were scaled correctly, the Rank 2s would be MUCH cheaper than they currently are.
So you're effectively wasting a bunch of Echoes for every Rank 2 you buy, and they're overall still worse because of just how good DPS/Corruption the best stat ones are.
I think Imfiredup did some calculations on it and you're effectively wasting like 300 Echoes for every Rank 2 you buy.

i think clockwork heart only checks for raid combat on its proc timer and not periodically inbetween
so if you're resetting a boss and have clockwork active
it'll proc, you can change during the respawn
and as long as the respawn happens before the next proc would
i think you get it?
