Got a potential dumb question - why is our opener garotte > rupture > garotte? Wouldn’t it line up better to go garotte > garotte > rupture so they are both ticking for about 21 seconds? Refresh would line up better at the end of vendetta for the vanish > garotte > garotte

Actually it's because of pandemic windows not EP.
The max duration on rupture is 26 seconds with 6 combo points. If you refresh the rupture again, you lengthen the duration by 10 seconds.
You want to have both garrote and rupture at the maximum pandemic durations. So instead of 18s garrote and 26s rupture, you get a 24s garrote and 36s rupture Exsang
The bleed effects snap accordingly to EP when you use finishers, you don't need to actually use the ability during the EP window to get the effect.

Did you try simming your traits? SS traits usually fall off with TB and Assas with TB tend to go for Double Dose traits instead. SS works better with exsang + loads of haste.

how do you use breath major on drest? For now i try to use it once at maxhp, then i try to snipe the 100% dmg (target dying in 2 seconds) and use it on drest if he is above 80 or under 20. So i am just using it on things that are above 80 or under 20 to not have a 45 seconds. Is that okayish?
