But generally it has more variance than e.g. pure Stat corruptions
And it can pop off insanely much, so If you wanna gamble for parses on Farm Bosses, it's "better" even If it sims slightly lower

but generally you want crit and mastery + echoing+eb for overall/aoe dmg
seen some top rogues also use ss+hod and stuff depending on dungeon
at current state sin m+ is mostly experience and feelcraft as you cant accurately sim it

Literally while the proc is ticking down every real second my CDs go down by 1.5 seconds.
