The only reason it was good with SS was not because of the baseline mechanics it was because Exsang snapshots Haste and it was being combined with Galecallers to get more SS ticks.

After that mage quarter.... well Umbric or w/e totally fucks me over with the debuff leaden foot. I know outlaw might help here. I just have way better gear on assass. for some reason ShS doesnt quite activate and I lose a fuckton of time and sanity there.

DS sims are a good mix of ST boss and add pulls. Nothing is pull to pull accurate for M+ but it’s a decent approximation of how a setup will perform in a variety of situations.

Idk what your ilvl is at but with 2-3 masks I can burst him down enough that bleeds will kill him on his second teleport. Save sprint for the first teleport and move until you get about 10 stacks. Stand still then dash forward again. @copper shore

Hey all I have a potentially dumb question. I’m a long time lurker and am new to rogue and trying to switch over and learn the ass spec and overall class well before SL. The thing I don’t currently understand is the garrote opener for subterfuge. I understand garrote is buffed here but isn’t garrote again after the opening rupture a waste since you only have one bleed from it? Or are my auras incorrectly showing and it would be two different bleeds?

Pandemic relates to reapplying buffs/debuffs. When a debuff is refreshed, its remaining time (up to a cap of 30% max duration) will be added to the new buff. Primarily used to give leeway to reapply bleeds, however can also be used to make bleeds last longer.

Plumage and galecallers wont be used unless you have really specific gear, same goes for Vita trinket. Using coral font till end of expansion is highly plausable for a lot of people
