some of the packs don't even live the length of a shrouded garrote, very occassionally the force combat drop doesn't allow restealthing, pack sizes don't translate very well to real world pulls which effects the spec more than outlaw

Hey guys I have my logs from a raid above. I am really struggling to be a top tier player. I am looking for some feedback on my rotation. I have worked a lot on my DoT uptime and have been using the Hekili addon which have helped a lot. I am on the verge of being removed from the core group and would like some tips and feedback on what I can do to become a better player. looking briefly at ilgynoth there's minor opener errors but the most glaring thing is that you just spend so much time not hitting anything at all
18 seconds to 28 seconds you're not hitting anything (presumably laser? still shouldn't be this bad)
it takes you from 47 seconds to 88 to connect to the first organ
you hit it for 4 globals or something then stop again for another 10 seconds
and that happens like over and over again throughout the fight
looking at shadhar for a simpler st perspective, the opener is a bit cleaner but there's a lot of basic rotational stuff to tidy up; at 128seconds your vend and worldvein are both up and you pop worldvein but not vend for some reason then wait till 149 to press it, press it and don't use your coral with it for some reason

Sims on those websites are done with specific gear, which is drastically different from yours. Hero damage sims with like 6 gushing wound corruption items equipped.

@split furnace @restive crater not an expert but I would assume that , much like other rogues, it may be better to stick to a cluster, apply poison/dots to all and just focus on the fanning in an aoe cluster
running around generally will take up time which means less overall dps
find the closest biggest cluster and just dot it all up
then focus on taking them down
but someone else here may be able to correct that if I'm wrong, but that's what our other rogue in the raid does (I'm outlaw)

if you are progressing and your grp havent struggle with the big mammajammer Add Psycho-ish then i would use CDs after the Add is down, and then hit the boss for 15 sek really hard.
but when you wanna do decent logs, go nuts on the add with your Cooldowns.
Wordvein is shit because the add is on the run all the time.
but iam a medocre player and iam not simming all day long. so consider my advice as worthless 😄

Idk what you're asking with the rupture and garrote, ideally you want a near full energy bar and 3+ combo going into TB with relatively fresh dots. If they fall off toward the end of your window that's fine just put them back up. If you have 1 envenom and they run out you need to manage better. It's all planning.

you do 3x garrote , CT

or if they'll die rather quickly forgo the rupture and just "accept" you'll run out of energy when mobs are ~20% hp

Purification is a good choice to aoe damage but u can replace for reaping flames or conflict and strife, i think
