Best is to have multiple setup for different dunj / affixes

mostly a heavy AOE build with 3xEB, and a 3-4 cleave + ST funneling build with like 3xSS / TTK. Then you switch depending on the dung and on what your team is needing. If you run a high tyrannical key with like BM or Outlaw in your team, you'll probably won't need anymore aoe dmg and can funnel more into ST / Aoe into ST dmg.

im sure it's possible to math out an exact breakpoint, but it's going to depend on your gear, your traits (how many EB? are you using scent of blood? if so, why?), how big the pull is, whether or not it's fortified week, etc etc etc.

there are many variables that would all need to be accounted for. this is why its instead easier to speak in generalities

for example, 3-ish ruptures is good

That's the only way you sustain damage with EB's

On higher target counts with that setup you're essentially just playing a game of refreshing bleeds with them + your builder doing the majority of your damage

but yeah the answer is no, you'd need a simc string to accomplish what you're looking for

you could technically do it on raidbots by adding a string like

W your options, id try the following as majors: lucid, wv, botd, and flame

Minors, id include: lucid, iris, flame, botd, c&s, and wv

That should give you a good base without having to sim a bunch of combos

I would say use together always in that case. 23.7% off of 2 mins is 91.5 seconds. You'd get the 25% crit for every vendetta, plus it would apply to the NP proc, plus the energy regen from NP. I guess you'd have to use it with coral because I can't find another active trinket that would also line up
