I know the stat prio, but does anyone have some ratios/ percentages regarding thats nice to aim for? Just to get a baseline going before I sim to min max it more. (i.e minumum haste, crit, etc)?

nobody is going to be able to give you a hierarchy of what you want equipped

generally this spec has no 'hated' stats like mastery for outlaw so excluding sockets/affixed items you're pretty safe to bet highest ilvl = best for raiding
