Is there a reason why phial of the arcane tempest seems to sim well, but in practice isn’t that great? I have a 445 with socket that sims about 300 more than 430 inkpod, but in comparing the two on similar fights, phial did like 200k vs the like 650k (crit from stacked ashvane) my inkpod did. if you change target for a few sec and then use an ability on your primary target (the one that started the stacks), you keep them

you just have to hit the same target at least once per 3 sec
