Honestly, just follow the guide and gear up.
For raid you wanna go for Double Dose / Nothing personal traits, have at least one SS for comfort and try to get Overwhelming power into minor traits. It rocks. Haste is good for you. Also grind out Rustbolt Resistance to reve to get the red cyclotronic blast punchcard. That shit blasts in single target.

For m+ it depends on a dungeon. But generally having SS / EB is good for AoE and Twist of the knife is for more st oriented. Also crit should be your bis stat, but always sim yourself, can't got wrong with that!

How am i supposed to use Razor coral and FOnt of power together? When i open i cant apply coral until around the end of vendetta, and when i want to use 2nd vendetta i use font again making it so i cant rip the coral until 20 seconds later

U can't wear both but I'd keep the 425 until u roll a good 440 ring with optimal stats cause the 425 could be better then 440 with non optimal stats
