If you only have Coral: Activate at the start and use on the second vendetta
then just reactivate it after 20 seconds and use on every vendetta
Coral + Font: Channel befor pull, go in stealth, do normal opener with cooldowns, activate Coral when it comes up.
5 seconds befor all your cooldowns come up: channel font again, use cooldowns. and use Coral with the next toxic blade

M+ setups are inevitably going to have more reports and recommendations based on feelycraft than raid setups
you can sim dungeon slice - it's a good and helpful estimation, but it's not as acceptably applicable as patchwerk is to a common raid boss. hell, even patchwerk isn't as helpful a representation of actual real life raidboss dmg as people think, but it's still a better reference sim than dungeonslice to M+

exactly which trait combo is best can be answered with a sim, it's not a good idea to go with someone's recommendation because that's feelycraft. you may want to set the parameters of the sim to specify number of targets and fight duration to more closely match some of the actual raid bosses

Azshara trinky should be used 5 seconds before pull I am pretty sure. Which gives you one second to mash your pre-pot. So I dont think that is gonna be a problem. But even in rotation it would probably be the same, as in get your CP > azshara > coral > Rupture > vend ... this is going off of no evidence though but just my mental thought process.
