I've been only timing 16's this week, but when I've ran lucid I've noticed the dungeons are a tad slower than with everyone running Iris. Obviously its dungeon/comp dependent, but it does speed up the overall key time, since that's usually the goal anyway. Even if the boss in theory lasts a little longer.

Assassination does the same AoE as outlaw, but is very trait dependant. If you have the correct traits you output just as much if not more the higher the key is as your bleeds and poisons have a chance to tick, your priority target damage is very high as well, not to say outlaw doesnt have good prio damage, but the burst from assassinations prio damage is arguably higher. That and assassination has almost always been better on bosses.

Early on in S2 everyone thought BM hunter was top dog, but that's because Gingi was fully mythic geared the 2nd week and doing higher keys. No one really knows yet, but at least for now, assassination seems to be the choice in the top 5 keys so far.

there are some edge cases where lucid3 major seems to sim above blood and it seems related to a lack of a good on use trinket and low natural gear haste
