I have a rotation question for one or more SS with toxic blade. Opener is garrote, rupture, garrote, vendetta, tb, envenom, mut mut, envenom. Eventually you use vanish once your initial garrote runs out.

Later in the guide it says to pair vanish with vendetta but after the opener, vanish comes off CD just about after 2nd vendetta has timed out since they're the same CD time and the opener has you use it late. So save vanish for 3rd vendetta or just keep using?
