there isn't anything special to it really, garrote the 3 ads vanish and garrote 2 ads + rastakhan (or 3 adds if not possible) in pandemic timer

make sure you vendetta first available global and it should be up in time for the 2nd totem so you can vanish garrote the totem and rasta with vendetta

and then just.. do the same when the ad cc breaks as it lines up with vendetta normally anyway and continue pressing your buttons
