Every fight has wildly different uptime on the boots because a lot of damage doesnt actually break them

On grong only the slam and the dot from tantrum seems to break the boots, so as long as you cloak tantrum as often as possible you should have good uptime on the boots

The reason we want haste is for increased energy regen (passively+venomous). But when there is multiple targets and you can have 4 bleeds up you get enough energy to fill every global

So haste isnt as valuable in m+

There is prolly some difference but I cannot feel 6% or 10%. Sure once you get up to 15% and above you feel the haste but under that I personally don't feel any difference. And I rather have the big (and many) crits

I haven't had great results with the legs @ 405 ilvl imo. Seeing 1.8% to 2.25% average damage from them, with a range of .7% to 3.6% of damage done. Doesn't seem worth it to lose 160 crit, 40 haste, and 20 int (which is worth about 2.6% of my dps) on my 410 socketed pants, even on ST.

Yeah, I'd say about .5% worse with higher variance, even though sims say it should be about 1% increase.

Maybe its just in your sim, but you didn't upgrade your chest to 420 too

pretty sure perfecto will be open with garotte on 2 targets and get rupture on both targets and use toxic blade, then wait till you get 9 stacks of power. Drop vendetta vanish 3 garrotes ( 2 targets) and toxic blade
