leeching poison seems counter intuitive for bursting. All the mobs are either dead and there's no mobs to attack for the leech, or the mobs that aren't dead are close to dying and you don't want to hit them. Don't ever find myself in a situation where it'd be useful in this particular affix.
Iron Wire is always useful even if there's no casters, giving your tank 15% dr on each mob you garrote on every pull

If you're pulling 6 mobs, and kill 4 off, more often than not those other two mobs are going to be really low and shouldn't be touched to roll the stacks.

any combination of traits that includes them is generally fine, for most weeks the best setup imo would be 3 Shrouded 3 Echoing, but in some dungeons and/or some weeks you might want to go lighter on Echoing (dungeons like Kings' Rest, Temple of Sethraliss, affixes like Bolstering, Bursting). Others in this discord are higher on Twist the Knife than I am though

If you can safely refresh garrote and are at 4 cp refresh garrote and put 5cp rupture, before tb comes up you should pool/play ahead so u can get at least 2x 4cp+ envenom in
And ofc you dont need to refresh dots during tb window

Use normally.
Just treat Hidden Blades like the math it is.
Get +20% DMG after 2 seconds or get +200% DMG after 20 seconds
You can hit FoK every 2 seconds for +20% or wait 20 seconds and get 1 FoK off for 200%.
It scales linearly so you don't lose anything for not waiting.
Obviously +200% DMG is going to be more impressive when you have other DMG amplifiers stacked, but you don't get many options for that.
In reality you are spamming FoK more than every 2 seconds (GCD is 1 second) so saving for the 200% burst might actually just be a DPS loss.
Do keep in mind what is coming up though; much like managing your CDs, hitting FoK on ~2 targets with Reaping coming up after the current pack might not be your best use of your GCDs and instead it might be better to simply MUT the remaining trash down.
Also you might find DPS gains not FoKing the final targets that are at low health and stacking Hidden Blades for the next group.
