I tihnk an issue i have in BFA is a lot of secondary stats don't become active until you are in combat with weapon enchants and azerite stuff. anyway... I returned to BFA recently and play sin rogue again. My burst dmg is quite nice aprox 30k with BL. Unfortunately i seem to drop down to very less dmg ~ 16-18k ... that is sooo anoying.

Yes, you will burst hard with vendetta then mellow out, but you will still do good dps
