Yall are special. Items from dungeons have a baselevel of 400. Items from cache are 410 base, but the game doesnt recognize that its from the cache, meaning its labeled as a warforge despite being baselevel. Weapons can therefore 'warforge' on top of the base ilevel of 410. The game doesnt recognize that this item is from a cache and thinks the item dropped from a dungeon. Since the game thinks its a 20 itemlevel upgrade from dungeon base, its labeled as a titanforge.
Cant believe this is still a thing so far into the expansion.

There is no specific week or affix that makes one or the other more viable.
CT vs PB is mainly down to your group, the dungeon itself and your pull sizes, with PB naturally having an edge in boss fights.
It's mainly the combination of affixes and dungeons that favour one or the other. High Tyr KR/Temple favour PB in general, due to low pulls and harder bosses.
In terms of Exsang vs TB; Exsang wins since it works well with SS traits and it's only 1 global on your priority target for some burst damage and extra energy.
TB usually locks you to that target to gain the most out of it.

@copper kestrel I'm not 100% sure but I think the ranged classes gotta deal with it mostly. For example if a raptor is gripped or nearby you can do some dmg but it looks stupid to me to chase them, while they get melted, while you get energy capped. Had an argument with my raid leader about it tho.

yeah SS and shrouded will definitely be best for overall dmg on that fight since it starts with a 3/4 tgt portion
and if you're an upstairs gamer there's another cleave portion halfway through the fight
and you can maybe even vanish/vendetta at the same time as zombie dust totems
but if you're just a boss damage optimizer (which you certainly can be on this fight, it's the most important thing) then you can just do whatever you normally do

I personally just run full st for rasta. Ss is good for opener and decent for p3 but p3 just has 2 targets active when youd vanish so its ehhhh. And my group had enough cleave that tunnelling big boi to avoid another leap, and then pumping on boss was more beneficial. If no, then, yes, its possible that your 2 on use sim highest. I'll reiterate again (like i have every time this comes up): just because im saying two on use may sim best for you does not mean your goal is to get 2 on use trinkets. Rant over

You can get a good 400 setup from raid alone which is enough to push quite a bit in M+. 415 is a luxury
