yup! PB vs CT is really close and more based on party/pull size
Same for Exsang but I feel it is more flexible since you can swap after Exsang a target for no DPS loss as opposed to TB locking you in on that target you use it on for the DMG increase. SS is almost always your M+ traits of choice and Exsang goes well with it as well. Again both those options on that row are competitive.

There is no specific week or affix that makes one or the other more viable.
CT vs PB is mainly down to your group, the dungeon itself and your pull sizes, with PB naturally having an edge in boss fights.
It's mainly the combination of affixes and dungeons that favour one or the other. High Tyr KR/Temple favour PB in general, due to low pulls and harder bosses.
In terms of Exsang vs TB; Exsang wins since it works well with SS traits and it's only 1 global on your priority target for some burst damage and extra energy.
TB usually locks you to that target to gain the most out of it.

The increased envenom uptime is irrelevant. Its good for m+ because it allows you to get more of your damage into envenoms so you can focus one target a lot more
For example this week with bolstering, you want to kill the mobs at the same time. If theres a pack with 1 big mob and 4 small then having that extra damage on the big one is useful

@hoary crown put 1 garrote on the wimpy mob. tab 2 garrotes on prio mob, then rupture. that is the grg part of the opener. if you have exang or tb, follow the rest of that rotation from the guide.

If you shroud the ramp you can basically go the entire rest of the dungeon without having to shroud again. But you can shroud as an option past the big Yogg Baby patrol after the skele pack after the thrid boss

Shouldn't bother, IMO. You can clear half the boss room and trigger reaping on the skeletal pack. makes a nice funnel

I’m curious how many %dps can you forgive to go with SS and Subt instead of MA and no SS traits
Because im in the place when MA simms the highest and i have no problem(despite using vanish and getting only 2CPs from Mut xd), and subt with one SS sims around 3% lower than my actual setup
Would you stay with MA or rather would you go with this smooth rotation, which SS and Subt combo provides

@fair blaze 3% is pretty far. I have a setup that is like 0.3% loss. maybe you can meet in the middle with 3dd 1ss. subterfuge tb

It seems like there are certain points where stats start to lose value. Example: Crit>Mastery until around 25% crit, then mastery takes over. I think mastery takes over haste somewhere in the realm of 1200 haste rating, whatever that gets you---anecdotally

When in doubt, sim yourself up. If you have 2 pieces of gear that are very close (much less than 1%) use some common sense to determine which piece is a better fit for you/your playstyle.
