Ok, still have no idea how to create a M+ set. I see what people are saying here, but none of the SIMS reflect that (for me). I don't have the option of 3SS+3EB and I'm flipping between using Dungeon Slice and some sort of 5 Boss Patchwerk (for 40 seconds). TTK always sims lower than SoB or SS. Any thoughts? TTK is great for single target, and on tyrannical weeks will provide more value (on the bosses) over SoB
In higher keys, where the mobs have more health, +fortified & teeming, and you have to deal with reaping
SoB synergizes insanely well with EB

CT vs PB is mainly down to your group, the dungeon itself and your pull sizes, with PB naturally having an edge in boss fights.
It's mainly the combination of affixes and dungeons that favour one or the other. High Tyr KR/Temple favour PB in general, due to low pulls and harder bosses.
In terms of Exsang vs TB; Exsang wins since it works well with SS traits and it's only 1 global on your priority target for some burst damage and extra energy.
TB usually locks you to that target to gain the most out of it.

For instance before having DD I would pool energy before refreshing a rupture to get more attacks off inside elaborate planning.
