All I’ve been doing is the blue slayer quests that yield AP. It takes about 20 minutes and on good days you can pull 2-4K AP depending on if you did them all the day before and if there were a lot of spawns.

keep garrote/rupture up all the time, watch out for the pandemic timers(if you played shadow that should not be a problem)

use finishing moves at 4 or 5 combo points, dont overwrite buffed dots(garrote from stealth with subterfuge)

so I can go from 380 offhand dagger to 385 (MH is 385 already) or I can upgrade my SS chest piece from 375 to 390... I guess I'll sim it but I wonder which is smarter considering I'll more likely (in future loot) get a 385 dagger than a 390 chest piece with SS and the fact that the chest piece is a 15 ilvl upgrade vs a 5 ilvl upgrade

There is no specific week or affix that makes one or the other more viable.
CT vs PB is mainly down to your group, the dungeon itself and your pull sizes, with PB naturally having an edge in boss fights.
It's mainly the combination of affixes and dungeons that favour one or the other. High Tyr KR/Temple favour PB in general, due to low pulls and harder bosses.
In terms of Exsang vs TB; Exsang wins since it works well with SS traits and it's only 1 global on your priority target for some burst damage and extra energy.
TB usually locks you to that target to gain the most out of it.

Blindside: Is an additional ability with both a proc and an execute effect. It makes the rotation a bit more diverse but is currently not really worth to be taken. So it will spread from 5 of the targets hit with the crit FoK...amko. Say you have more than 5 targets in a pack, it'll not spread from all of them, just the first five hit by that FoK

i think it depends if you're talking about progression or farming/padding? you don't want the add to cast immunosupression twice or it'll affect your healers significantly

if you have enough dmg on the adds anyway, just keep padding on the boss is fine i think

but the add is the priority target to help your healers out - it's really a healing intensive fight more than anything else

For me 375 chest with ss/heed sims worse than 390 with NP/gutripper on Patchwork fight 3min. Have to try 5min or something pretty funny. The ss would be my second one in the gear. Always exsang talented

Exsang just plays better in m+ imo. Not too certain the dmg difference on trash is worth mentioning (you kinda have to insta reapply both bleed when exsang finishes for it to be a dmg boost), but with a crit/mast heavy gearset youre just so drained on energy for Tb it feels awful

the fire-and-forget nature of Ex is nice too, compared to Tb which kinda locks you too a single target
