the problem with ss . . . is that it only lasts on that initial garrote and a once ever;y 2 minute garrote once fixed. EB is up permanently. so anything with constant trash it still helps on bosses. and on AoE pulls it's not even close. since SS is capped on 3 targets where echoing thrives the more targets there are

forcing people to play lower keys and play them up again is kind of necessary, gives people some breathing room between high-end pushes, and enables people to try out different strats in a low-pressure environment, which ultimately leads to more competitive high-end m+
