HI guys, I am currently playing Outlaw and find it very fun and chill for it's easy rotation and low thinkning needed (unlike assa where I need to be on constant alert what dot is about to run out on what mob, etc). Yet everywhere I go where is other rogue (PVE), he is Assa and above me on the DMG chart, considerably higher DPS, which kinda sucks. I would like to know, if there is such a difference between Assa and Outlaw that I should invest the time to learning and getting comfortable with assa? Or if with the same gear, the dmg difference is only slight, and they simply are playing better or have better gear? I mean, once as Outlaw, goblin rogue that outDPSed me had even LOWER ilvl. What do you think, should I force myself to learn assa? is it worthwhile?

Well, you could modify the APL to take CDs out and see if you get any big differences in stat weights, but it’s probably not worth worrying about.
It’s important to keep in mind that most stats are very close in value right now. Even if your sims are not a perfect representation of the situation you are trying to simulate, they’re likely close enough to give you gear recommendations that wouldn’t change even if you could achieve a higher degree of accuracy.

Subterfuge is specifically what causes Garrote to not incur a CD when used from Stealth, and for 3 seconds after breaking Stealth.
So if you're running Master Assassin, you literally can't go G > R > G.

You’re pretty much guaranteed to get it that way with one run of full Leather. Bosses that drop Azerite Armor pieces usually only drop like one other item you’d be eligible for, so odds are you’d see it drop for either you or one of your Leather friends.

Thoughts on 2 on use trinkets for m+ fortified weeks? Galecaller and Lion's guile aoe 40 sec sims higher than with fathoms (fathoms is pretty bad for aoe, better for extended st fights). They share a cd but ideally I could stagger them on pulls. I've been unlucky and done have any good equip trinkets
