Blizz snapshots the highest ilvl item you equip in each slot. (This a part of the tradable/untradable loot reward system i believe). If your average snapshotted ilvl is 370, you should get a 370. If less than you get 355. If you never equipped a higher ilvl drop (bc of shite traits) id suggest equipping it for the snapshot before turning it in.

I have not tested for us, but frost dk uses a frost dmg trait as bis (or 2nd bis, cant remember) because the dmg scales off their mastery

There's two opinions on that, @grim mason: use gcb before xsang always (meaning hold xsangs) or use both on cd. I preferred lining them up each time. It felt like more dmg. This is feelycraft tho, cant support

Sin rogue is all "if x then y" so just try your best to learn the situations. For example: if garr or rupt are going to fall of soon, then be ready to reapply in the pandemic window. if you have 4-5cp and rupt is up and wont go down, then use envenom
