My primary SS is a 385
So I got a lot of value out of that single one
Then shoulders I can choose between 385 double dose or 340 SS
On Tyrannical weeks I just stick with 385 double dose and tab mutilate on packs of 3 or 4 after the triple Garrote CT opener.
