After applying several 2-combo point ruptures, you keep Crimson Tempest up 100% of the time and reapply ruptures and garrotes
Pandemic makes it super easy to get ruptures up to 20s+

guys, I've recently switched to assa and need some clarification:
- Is CT and exsang also best in low mythics (3-6)?
- Should I run exsang with 1x SS in mythics?
- Aoe rotation - this is my biggest issue. Let's say that we fight with 5x mobs. Ideally I need to maintain all of the bleeds on all targets, but it's pretty impossible. What's the priority of the bleeds in that situation? garrote > ct > rupture? Or garrote every cd, rupture to have at least 5 bleeds (garrote + rupture bleed) and than CT?
- Is there anything to help targeting mobs? Many times I lose 3s window of empowered garrotes with big pulls because TAB keeps targeting already bleeding targets. Any kind of macro or some trick?

I've kind of been agonizing over twist the knife or dagger in the back at the same item level.
I've already simmed it and I've checked hero damage, but I know dagger is assuming you are always hitting from behind.
And I figured with 385 double dose shoulders maybe twist the knife would have a little more value.

You need to use top gear and sim your sets. Because ilvl matters. 2nd row matters.
Dd requires env uptime. So the secondaries matter.

I've been running a single unstable Flames for Mythic plus lately.
That added crit when you are fan spamming is useful.
Not bad for ST either.

I really can't think of a situation where exsanguinate would not be better in m+
It does simulate behind toxic blade for single Target, but you almost always have priority adds you need to kill.
And you can pretty much use it once per pack

385 DiTB and DD but I run different traits for m+
I also run a crit mastery set for m+ instead of my raiding crit haste stuff.
That's my Mythic + Gear
It's hard to replace the bracers with Crit Mastery ones when they are 395
