Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.
Advised to not cast unbuffed Garrotes to avoid losing SS trait damage bonuses until this has been fixed.

When comparing talent builds using raidbots if a build is only 1% weaker and I like how it plays better than a higher simming one would you take it. I guess my real question is at what % would you just say take whatever you think feels best vs the most damaging build.

I am just using toxic blade on cooldown with 3 Cp and most of my energy to try to get as many envenoms in the 9sec window as I can. that 9secs feels fun. but the rest of the rotation I feel super energy starved and not very engaged.

Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.
Advised to not cast unbuffed Garrotes to avoid losing SS trait damage bonuses until this has been fixed.

outlaw has higher burst aoe and a higher top end if you get lucky. ass has equal or better aoe on longer pulls and better st most of the time. outlaw brings gouge utility while ass brings slow utility.
