The idea is to keep Garrote and Rupture (in Single Target) up for 98%+ of the time.
If you have 1+Shrouded Suffocation Azerite Trait you want to have the Subterfuge/SS Empowered Garrote last as long as possible (the reason for refreshing Garrote in such a short window).
If you have specced into Exsanguinate you want to line up EX (with healthy DoT), Vendetta, and Vanish (for Empowerment) when the time arises (outside of the Opener, the next window where they all line up is around 2:20 into the encounter if you used EX on CD).
Normally you are going to get Vendetta and Vanish into similar timing due to their shared Cooldown of 2 minutes.
