Pandemic was the passive for Warlocks during MoP, which allowed DoTs to be refreshed upto 50% before. It's now baked into all classes as standard at 30% or whatever. So if your Rupture lasts 20 seconds (no idea what it actually is), you can reapply it at 6 seconds and under, and nothing will be lost. You'll then just get a 26 second Rupture.

Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.
Advised to not cast unbuffed Garrotes to avoid losing SS trait damage bonuses until this has been fixed.

The best usage of exsanguinate is to use it on cd with pandemic bleeds, its never worth saving to line up with vendetta unless your final vanish garrote ticks will not fully go off or another type of situational factor, like a priority add or damage increase phase of a raid encounter, its all situational, but for pure patchwork you as close to on cd as possible with pandemic bleeds

Shrouded Suffocation
Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.
Advised to not cast unbuffed Garrotes to avoid losing SS trait damage bonuses until this has been fixed.
