So i got a 370 Azerite helm without SS, its simming 300 dps higher on single target but i guess it loses alot of value in say m+ and encounters that have multiple mobs where i can vanish and put garrote on more than 1 mob

Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.
Advised to not cast unbuffed Garrotes to avoid losing SS trait damage bonuses until this has been fixed.

@restive harness yea i know its exsang spec, but if you are doing gar -> rup -> gar in opener, it'll be a 3 pt rupture. thats 16 seconds and pandemic would be 5. something secs. ideally you can get envom -> rupture by 9-10 secs which would be around the pandemic time
