Currently still bugged. Applying 1-3 Garrotes in Subterfuge, and then applying another Garrote outside of Subterfuge, all of your Subterfuge-empowered Garrotes lose the Shrouded Suffocation multiplier, However the Subterfuge multiplier still remains.

i've found that ep sims better for multi-target fights
i think since those tend to generate more cp and thus you are using more finishers. single-target, it's kind of a toss-up between bs and mp, but bs procced a lot for me while i was levelling with it. it was fun to play with, but i think it simmed lower than mp.
