once you vanish garrote, you should not refresh that one in pandemic

I prefer Master Poisoner, because I loved 215% mastery in Legion doing all my DoT damage for me. But right now, Elaborate Planning is easily the best talent DPS wise.

just the time, if you overwrite an enhanced garrote with a normal one, it loses the subterfuge buff. Normally after your opener, you would vanish and refresh at about 6ish seconds
