Cant really find hard info on this but does Shroud Suffocation stack, does not look so from actual testing. same damage per tick with one or two pieces on, same number of combo points.

I've been playing Assassination for a while now, and I feel like I'm just not playing it properly or well. If I'm not taking advantage of the stealth stuff ( I've only used stealth to avoid a fight or vanish to escape mobs ) would I be better off switching to say Outlaw?
